These Terms govern your use of Millionaire Meme AI, a focused AI video-generation service. By using the service, you also agree to the linked Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Digital Delivery Policy where applicable.

Service scope
Millionaire Meme AI lets you upload one authorized portrait and request a short vertical AI comedy video featuring that person in the familiar Millionaire / Get a Job phone-reaction skit. Our service supplies its own reference scene and dialogue audio to the AI model. You do not need to supply a source video, enter a prompt, select a model, or edit an audio track. This is newly generated footage rather than an exact frame-by-frame replacement; facial resemblance, gestures, words and lip sync can vary.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who have reached legal age where they live. You are responsible for your account and for providing a portrait you are authorized to use, including any necessary permission from the person depicted. You may not use another person's likeness deceptively or for an unauthorized endorsement. We do not grant rights you do not already hold in third-party images, persons, recordings or music.
Accounts, eligibility, your content, and rights
You retain the rights you hold in images you provide and grant Millionaire Meme AI and its necessary service providers a limited permission to process them to fulfill your requested generation, deliver the result, protect the service and resolve support matters. You are responsible for permissions for faces, brands and any use of the finished video. Our service is independent and does not imply official affiliation with, or endorsement by, people, artists or brands referenced by internet trends.
Paid services and Credits
We sell only three one-time USD video packs: Starter $6.99 for 25 Credits (one video), Creator $17.99 for 75 Credits (three videos) and Studio $24.99 for 125 Credits (five videos). One full video costs 25 Credits. Purchased unused Credits do not expire. There is no subscription, monthly fee or automatic renewal. Credits are digital service units, not cash or a redeemable bank balance. The final checkout total and any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.
Acceptable use and content safety
Do not use Millionaire Meme AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, rights-infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious activity. Additional content rules apply when an Acceptable Use Policy is enabled for the product.
AI outputs and third-party services
AI-generated visuals may contain imperfect facial resemblance, hands, timing or other artifacts. The output is a synthetic result rather than an exact frame-by-frame replacement. Review it before sharing. Use of the delivered result, including its soundtrack, must comply with applicable intellectual-property, personality and platform rules; purchasing Credits does not grant a separate copyright, music synchronization, commercial-licensing or third-party endorsement right. Contact support about materially unusable results under the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
Checkout and payment confirmation
Payment is initiated only when you explicitly choose a pack and continue to Waffo-hosted checkout. Waffo or its applicable payment partners handle the transaction and provide relevant purchaser terms. Credits are added only after our server confirms a settled payment. Signing in, opening checkout or returning from checkout does not by itself create a video or spend Credits. Incorrect or duplicate charges can be reported to support@millionairememeai.com.
Digital delivery
Delivery is digital; we do not ship physical goods. After confirmed payment, video entitlements are credited to the current browser's guest purchase space or a signed-in account. One generation uses 25 Credits (one video entitlement) and starts only after you explicitly click Generate. The service uses your uploaded portrait with its preset visual and audio references to request a short sound-on AI video. When the provider succeeds, the resulting MP4 is available for private preview and download, normally within the displayed availability period. Generation depends on external AI providers and is not instantaneous.
Refund and cancellation terms
See our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, missing Credits, failed tasks or materially unusable output. Definitively failed video-generation tasks are eligible for restoration of the associated spent Credits according to our task ledger. We review serious delivery defects and unresolved payment issues on evidence rather than treating every external model 'success' result as usable fulfillment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability, changes, and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may depend on third-party models, APIs, networks, or infrastructure. We may reasonably change, suspend, replace, or remove features. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
